This painting is more than a work of art — it’s my magnum opus. It marks a turning point in my creative journey.

In creating it, I found a deep sense of belonging and tapped into a nostalgia that’s been quietly calling to me for years — echoes of a time, a feeling, a version of myself I thought had faded. But stroke by stroke, I realized those pieces were never truly gone. They were waiting for me to come home to them.

This piece represents not only the refinement of my artistic voice, but also a reclamation of something deeply personal. I poured everything I had into it — and in return, it gave something back to me.
