I'm a sarcastic classically trained painter with a tech background who loves power tools. You never quite know what you'll get from me, but trust it will be something memorable.

Tri-Color Pattern Series: series of playful abstract paintings utilizing a color pallet limited to just three paints. The paints used are Daniel Smith Extra Fine watercolors in: Undersea Green, Nicole Azo Yellow, and Quinacridone Magenta.
Sketches in Bloom: a digital series created using Procreate which combines synthetic mixed media types to create an illustrative figure surrounded by floral accents. The truly unique nature of these digital works allows the combination of media which would not otherwise bind (or last) outside of a digital canvas.
Women of the Wind: a watercolor series of women inspired paintings depicting a key characteristic or emotion illustrating an empowering trait. Each painting is inspired by a real person and depicts a defining moment or trait that has impacted their life.
Canvas Inspired: the series starts with an adventure! Kristi captures the subject matter of each piece off the beaten path, and usually from a contorted unusual position or angle. These photographs are then printed on canvas and stretched on custom wooden frames made in the S4lti Business studio. When the photograph is stretched and ready for the next phase, Kristi will use a variety of mixed media to enhance the natural beauty captured in each piece. Kristi tends to use exaggerated bright colors, metallic accents, and whimsical drawings to create the final piece. The originals are then documented for prints, and finally they are sealed with a varnish for the desired finished effect.
Poulsbo Front Street: A series of hand drawn, inked, and water color painted store fronts and historical architecture located in Poulsbo Washington.
Dala la la: a series of original digital art created in Adobe Illustrator inspired by traditional Swedish Dala Horse Designs.
