Overview

S4lti Business offers a variety of tangible goods, and creative services. The sections below will provide an overview of tangible items, creative events, creative services, as well as our returns and exchanges policies. Last but not least we also include terms of use for any and all digitally downloaded content paid or otherwise. 

Goods & Tangible Items

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of goods, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return of goods purchased, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, digital/downloaded content or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital or software products (such as digital artwork, vector images, PDF instructions, etc.)
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase accompanied by a photograph of the physical product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Creative Events & Services

Public Creative Events:

A Public Creative Event is defined as any creative event hosted in part of in full by S4lti Business that is open to the public for general registration and attendance. An example would be a Create and Pint event co-hosted with another business and/or venue which has a public facing sign up interface. When purchased, our customers have up to 48hours prior to the start of the event to request a refund. If a refund is requested with a timestamp that is within 48 hours of the event start time no refund will be issued. 

Private Creative Events:
A Private Creative Event is defined as any creative event hosted in part of in full by S4lti Business that has a contract detailing terms and conditions with a person, business, organization or establishment. An example would be a private tailored creative experience where attendance is excluded from the public and is by invitation only. Private Creative Events will each have a legal binding contract outlining specific event details including a cancellation or termination of agreement policy. 
Creative Services:
A Creative Service is defined as any task, project, program, freelance or otherwise entered into contract with S4lti Business. Each Creative service provided by S4lti Business will be completed under legal binding contract on a per-project-basis.  The terms of each project will be outlined in individual contracts. 


Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 8-14 days of receiving the returned purchase item(s) where applicable.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@s4ltibusiness.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product please contact info@s4ltibusiness.com and we will provide additional shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Digital Download Content Terms of Use

Each digital download product will be accompanied by a license agreement policy detailing the express usage permission of the individual digital item purchased.  Upon purchase you will be directed to a secure single-use download URL link where you will have up to 7 days to download the content.
